Update Profile

There may be instances when you need to change the information associated with your Eproval account. For example, if you're in an organization and the person who has been submitting applications is leaving or changing roles. Updating the profile to a new name and email will let you keep access to current and previous applications, so you don't lose any history.

  1. Click the Person icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click Edit Profile.

  3. Update the Name and/or Email.

  4. Ensure the Enable Email Notifications checkbox is selected. We ALWAYS recommend having this box selected to ensure you receive all communications notifications regarding your application.

  5. Click Update Profile.
