View the Activity Log

The Activity Log displays a listing of all actions taken for a specific Application. This includes all updates, status changes, comments, and payments that were made on the application from the moment you first created it. 

Steps

  1. Open the application you want to view activities for.

  2. At the top left, under Application Tools, select Activity Log.

  3. By default, all activities are sorted by date, with the most recent activity at the top. To change that to sort by the Activity Type, click the dropdown menu and select Sort By Activity.

  4. In either sort, scroll down to view the activities. Note that Application Status Changes and Workflow Status Changes (Section Status Changes) are called out separately.
