View the Communication Log

The Communication Log displays all comments made for a specific application, so you can easily find any comment or communication that was made in regards to your application. It also shows any status changes made on the overall application.

Steps

  1. Open the application you want to view.

  2. At the top left, under Application Tools, select Communication Log.

  3. By default, all communication is sorted by date, with the most recent communication at the top. To change that to sort by the Topic, or Section Title, click the dropdown menu and select Sort By Topic.

  4. In either sort, scroll down to view the communications. For all communications, you'll see the date and time they were posted, the person who posted it, and the name of the section it was posted on.

  5. If the communication includes an attached file, you can click the file link from here to open it.
