View the Documents Log

The Documents Log displays all files that were uploaded for your application, either when you first submitted your application, or later through comments.

Steps

  1. Open the application you want to view.

  2. At the top left, under Application Tools, select Documents Log.

  3. By default, all documents are sorted by Category. This divides them into categories based on where in the process they were added:

    • Permit: Any final permit documents generated.

    • Application: All files added as a part of your application submission.

    • Workflow: All files uploaded after you submitted the application. These will come through comments added during the review process. 

  4. To change the sort to by date the file was added, click the dropdown menu and select Sort By Date

  5. In either sort, scroll down to view the files. For all files, you'll see the date and time they were added, who added them, and the section of the application they were added to.

  6. Click the file link from here to open it.
